The breakfast had a great selection, and I loved the made-to-order omelets that Marcus prepared. The pool area was clean, which provided a nice spot to relax. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, with visible dirt in the corners and some maintenance issues that need addressing. The parking lot had several potholes, which was a little off-putting. The location is convenient, close to attractions like the New Belgium Brewery and shops, perfect for exploring the area. If the housekeeping and maintenance improve, this could be a perfect stay.

The food in the morning was amazing like I’ve never had such a delicious breakfast ever and the staff worked so hard even if they were clearly under pressure and the woman making breakfast stood out as so nice it was heartwarming even if she struggled with English.

during my stay, I appreciated the quick walk to the beautiful Riverbend Ponds Natural Area, where I enjoyed lovely views and peaceful trails. Being a short drive to the CSU University Art Museum made it easy to soak up some local culture. while the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel could benefit from better room upkeep.
